8. TERMINATION
Cypress Lakes PEM reserves the right to suspend or terminate the License immediately if it determines, in its sole discretion, that Licensee has violated these Terms.
Upon termination, Licensee must delete or destroy all copies of the Report.
9. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Maryland.
10. ACCEPTANCE
By purchasing, accessing, or using any Report, Licensee acknowledges and agrees to these Terms.
Refund Policy
Cypress Lakes Public Equities Management, LLC (“Cypress Lake Public Equities Management,” “Cypress Lakes Public Equities,” “Cypress Lakes PEM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) sells premium investment research products in a digital format. This Refund Policy explains our terms regarding purchases, downloads, and access to research reports.
1. PRODUCT DELIVERY
- Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the purchased research report through one of the following methods:
- A secure download link, or
- Authorized access to a protected PDF viewer or portal.
- Delivery is typically immediate but may take longer depending on processing or authentication steps.
2. NO PHYSICAL GOODS
All products are digital. No physical shipment or printed materials will be sent.
3. REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of digital research products, all sales are final.
Once a report has been accessed, viewed, or downloaded, refunds cannot be issued.
We strongly encourage you to review the product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Refunds may only be issued in limited circumstances at Cypress Lakes PEM’s sole discretion, such as:
- Duplicate payments made in error
- Failure to receive access due to technical issues that cannot be resolved

Each report purchase grants a single-user, non-transferable license.
